shower rods, sinks taking too long to drain water, just little inconveniences like that. there is nothing worse than washing your hands and not having paper towel. A few things that need their attention are the bathrooms on the main floors, please put paper towel in them. The service was also stellar, they were very attentive and made sure we were happy.
I am a hard critic of hotel food but this was top notch!! Seriously everyone could not stop raving about the food. We used their catering and banquet services and the food was truly amazing.
They accommodated our early check ins as best they could and everything was top notch. in a hurricane pathway, after a pandemic!! So please take my comments with a grain of salt because I want to believe that if these circumstances were not in place, this property would be A+++++ We hosted about 18 people from various parts of the country. Lets start with the fact that the property is 100 years old. So I took a group of sales professionals to Key West for a team meeting and we chose the Casa Marina.
